“Our company works in the furnishings accessories sector. In 2011, we needed to reconsider our Logistic organization strategically, and we contacted Lewitt Associati, well-known specialists in this field. We gave them two different projects: the Consulting Division was asked to evaluate, from a technical and economic point of view, the outsourcing process of our warehouses; the Cost  Reduction Division was requested to find solutions to reduce the cost of inbound and outbound transportation, improving, if possible, quality standards for our customers. Recently, the outsourcing warehouse project was successfully completed, thanks to them.  They supported us in every step, from the identification of possible logistic partners, to the definition of operative KPI to be included in the contract, to the quantification of annual savings. The project focusing on the transportation costs is still ongoing with very positive results. Although we are not used to working with   consulting companies, we are really satisfied with this partnership.”
