Since January 2013 we have started an analysis of transport and delivery processes in order to optimize both costs and the services. Lewitt has supported and guided us in this project with an initial estimate saving that at the end of two years has been achieved. Thanks to their advice we have obtained excellent results in renegotiating all applied tariffs. As well we have managed the selection of new suppliers improving the service provided to our clients. Another plus of the project has been the logistic personnel empowerment.
