We met Lewitt Associati at the beginning of 2010, when we wanted to understand if a cost reduction of our transportation expenditures was achievable. Based on their professionalism and expertise we decided to entrust them with an analysis. The results obtained were surprising, not only from an economic point of view (savinsg equal to 24%) but also for the empowerment of our staff. Now they are able to select the right suppliers and perform more accurate accounting checks. Thanks to the positive relationship we requested a logistics feasibility study. We asked Lewitt to evaluate benefits of a warehouse outsourcing stragegy. We appreciated their accurate work methodology and the ability to interact with our staff. The experience in the last two years has been very satisfying, therefore we have decided to extend the partnership for next year.
