“We started working with Lewitt Associati in 2012. Lormar Srl wanted to analyze transportation costs in detail to understand if potential improvements were achievable. Having understood their working methods, the project started. We appreciated the analyses and the expertise of the consultants regarding the logistics field, therefore we carried out the proposed plan. The results were impressive. Clear understanding the range of services Lewitt Associati offers, we assigned them several more tasks: a cost reduction project regarding the packaging of our products. Once again, the guidelines proposed were interesting and concrete, delivering tangible costs savings. The final project focused on production and logistics organisation in order to re-organize the working layout and align processes to new targets. The Lewitt Costs Saving Division has been innovative and consistent from a methodological point of view. We agreed on the concept of rewarding results rather than work carried out. The relationship with Lewitt Associati has been satisfactory; we will definitely consider benefiting from their services also in the future”.
