“Our professional relationship with Lewitt Associati started in February 2011 when we decided to set up a cost reduction project regarding our in-bound transportation of components. Being close to the end of the project, we are extremely satisfied with the work carried out so far, both in terms of results achieved (overall savings of the project in line with the outcomes of the feasibility outcomes) and in terms of the method applied, which were clear, objective and consistent. A benefit that we particularly appreciated was the respect of duration initial assumptions, such as the project time compliance deadlines. Lewitt consultants were responsible for checking all the operational activities, for suppliers’s price and the accounts payable. For all these reasons, we are also thinking about a possible extension of the partnership with other companies in our Group”.
