“Our collaboration with Lewitt Associates started in 2013 in order to verify optimizations in the logistics and shipping fields. After an initial current state analysis phase, consultants propose some alternative scenarios pointing them out with a clear quatifications of potential savings for each. Today, at the end of this project, we are extremely satisfied with the results achieved, aligned with the forecast, and with the enduring benefits that will be evident in future years. We have also appreciated the support and the collaboration with our accountants and logistics personnel. This allowed the implementation of specific tools and procedures able to identify billing discrepancies and the selection of suppliers based on the best quality / price ratio”.
