We first met Lewitt Associati in October 2014 when we decided to revise our company’s transportation cost category. The project, completed in the last month, was successful both from an economical point of view and in terms of business knowledge given to all the team’s members. We really appreciated the fact that no personnel’s time was required for the project. Some months ago, we started working on the packaging category applying the same business methodology. Also in this case we have already identified significant results. In addition, we also asked Lewitt to support us on other topics: management systems (business process reengineering analyses and the development of a system of incentives for our personnel), e-commerce (improvement of services and sales) and IT (software selection support to identify our future ERP). Based on these experiences, we can confirm that all consultants we worked with always demonstrated great skills, being able to match our needs and to indicate a range of possible solutions in a clear and rational way. This was really useful for our Board to make the right decisions.
